The Joyce Theater

New York City’s home for dance. The Joyce Theater presents dance from around the city, nation and globe. In its intimate 472-seat theater, audiences encounter virtuosic ballet, far-reaching contemporary dance, scintillating tap and culturally-diverse and ethnically-influenced dance forms, to name a few. 48 weeks a year, all genres of dance are represented on its stage. The Joyce has hosted the world’s best including Pilobolus, Savion Glover and Merce Cunningham Dance Company and regularly introduces the new and talented to New York.
